HEDDA's Beautiful Hands Ltd.
Hope David Ayabina is the Founder and CEO of HEDDA’s Diplomatic Career Mentorship & Leadership Center (HDCMLC), the leadership and diplomacy practice of HEDDA’s Beautiful Hands Ltd. Widely known as “The Diplomatic Career Mentor,” she is an executive diplomatic leadership advisor working at the intersection of diplomacy, public leadership, and Africa’s re-imagination.
With over 20 years of professional experience across the diplomatic sector, she has served in multiple strategic roles, including positions with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and diplomatic missions. Her work focuses on executive-level diplomatic leadership, public diplomacy, and strategic communications, supporting institutions and senior leaders operating in complex international and multilateral environments.
Through bespoke and confidential engagements, she advises on diplomatic intelligence, leadership judgment, executive presence, strategic visibility, and reputation-conscious communication. She also serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Diplomatic Secretaries and Administrative Association (DSAA).
At the core of her work is a commitment to Africa’s re-imagination—empowering leaders, institutions, and the next generation of diplomats and innovators to engage the world with clarity, credibility, and purpose. She mentors students and young professionals, equipping them with resilience, confidence, and strategic insight.
