HEDDA's Diplomatic Career Mentorship Center (HDCMC) is an arm of HEDDA’s Beautiful Hands Ltd.
The Center mentors persons especially university students interested in International Relations and Diplomacy by focusing on the career aspect of diplomacy. We guide and improve diplomatic career skills and share insights into the world of a career diplomat. We are guiding and preparing a new breed of young African diplomats of integrity and character.
We provide an engaging platform for diplomats and professionals to share their career journeys and experiences thereby imparting a lesson or two, a moral, skill, or simply sharing knowledge. They talk about policies that guide attaining employment and career growth. All sessions are very interactive and hands-on. The HDCMC program enlightens participants about available and unique courses and career pathways that can be explored. The HDCMC program develops mentees to maximize their soft and technical skills.
Our goal is to motivate and guide young Africans to develop the best trade crafts needed to pursue a career in diplomacy.
